We issue this synopsis for the design, fabrication, and installation of a dry electrostatic precipitator for the 500 lb/hr combustor. The solicitation number is DE-RQ26-01NTS10555 and is being issued, as a Request for Quotations using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13. We will receive consideration and responses must convey the ability of the offeror to meet the stated requirements. The documentation shall include descriptive literature containing sufficient technical literature to establish a bonafide capacity of meeting this requirement.
