Development, Technical and Engineering Services
We intend to award an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract with a cost plus fixed fee pricing structure using full and open competition. The contract will procure engineering services to include technical services, engineering, algorithm development, data processing, and analysis of acoustic and non-acoustic services and related technologies. Analysis includes systems engineering, material analysis, and processing analysis. The attached draft version of the statement of work provides detailed requirement information. The contract will have a base effort of five years and no option efforts. The Government estimates the level of effort for the entire requirement will be 235,850 hours.
