We have a requirement for the design and pilot testing of a 15 hour workshop that would provide business leaders with basic knowledge and skills needed to effectively use mental health prevention science in making a decision about a charitable donation or a venture capital proposal. The workshop shall present a global rational for the promotion of preventative services including an economic perspective. The workshop shall translate the nomenclature of mental health to typical business terminology and principles. The procurement shall yield (1 ) a manual that outlines the core learning goals and each training activity of the workshop curriculum, (2 ) an annotated bibliography regarding the existing literature that describes the basic knowledge and skills needed by business leaders to make informed decisions on selecting evidence-based mental health preventative interventions to fund, (3 ) a participant "Tool Kit".
