15 Documents :
I just specify the exact documents that we would require with the product :
a ) Signed commercial invoice in o1 original and 06 copies.
b ) Full set (3/3 ) signed clean on board ocean bills of leading ( BL ) marked "freight prepaid".
c ) Country of Origin must be mentioned on each Packet / carton and compliance certificate to this effect must accompany the Shipping documents
d ) Certificate of analysis issued by independent laboratory / surveyor for the lot concern, manufacturing and expiry date should be given in 01 original document & two copies
e ) Certificate of Veterinary / health issued by the competent authority of exporting country that the goods under shipment free from any "transmissible spongiform encephalopathy" and fit for poultry or shrimp consumption to be submitted with the original documents and two copies.
f ) Radiation certificate to be issued by competent authority or independent surveyor stating that the actual Radioactivity level below 50 8Q / Kg CS 137 & Goods are fit for animal consumption to be submitted with original documents.
g ) Beneficiary satisfactory credit report.
h ) Certificate of weight
i ) Detailed packing list in 6 fold
j ) Manufacturer declaration regarding product quality & specifications.
k ) Declaration of Shipment
l ) Country of origin must be mentioned on each packet and beneficiary's certificate to this effect must accompany original document.
m ) Importers name Address and tin number must either be printed or written in un-removable ink minimum 2% packages. A certificate to this effect must accompany original document.

Other condition :
n ) Document must be prepared in English
o ) All banking charges and commissions outside Bangladesh are for beneficiary's account.
p ) Partial shipment and transshipment are allowed.
q ) Shipment through Freight Forwarder not acceptable.
r ) Tolerance + / - 10 percent
s ) Negotiation of LC is unrestricted
