For one of my clients I need to inquire fire tube hot water boilers:
The quotation (lump sum) is for the supply of three (3) skids mounted water heaters with the following basic characteristics:
Process conditions:
Water heaters rating- Min. 700KW
Water capacity: 50 m3
Water temperature out of boiler: 85 degree c
Water temperature into the boiler: 70 degree c
Firing media: LFO
Stack @ 5 m. height
Electrical power: 480V-277V (3 phase)
Control's power: 208V-120V (single phase)
The system also includes:
Two (2) water feeding centrifugal pumps on a separate skid including make-up tank and accumulator:
Capacity: 5 m3
Head: 30 m
Two (2) water circulating centrifugal pumps on a separate skid:
Capacity: 50 m3
Head: 20 m
Two (2) fuel booster pumps shall include filters, control valve and all necessary accessories on a separate skid.
Each skid shall include its own firing system, burner & stack, electrical circulating water pumps.
Fuel control system, operating & control panel including all the required alarms and safety devices with terminal connection to a remote control room.
The quotation shall include all technical details (manufacture brand, overall dimensions, and pumps curves, material of construction, spare parts for start up & 2 years of operation, start up service at the site, etc.)
