Washed in salted water, dried, wrapped in plastic, packed in 10-12kg wood cases with polymer on top or bottom, in 20ft containers (20 tones ).
Requirement : 3 refrigerated containers per month to start off, then if successful, up to 10 containers per month. Tremendous potential initially in Poland and the Ukraine, later in Russia also.
We also need seafood and other fish, whether frozen or live. And also canned fish.
