The following NSNs are to be solicited for an indefinite quantity contract : 2920-01-199-2391 [Engine Generator Regulator I/A/W (35510 ) P/N R027096300], 2920-01-131-4932 [Engine Accessory Generator I/A/W (35510 ) P/N 4629JA & (45152 ) P/N 1309060], 2920-01-131-4931 [Engine Accessory Generator I/A/W (35510 ) P/N 4630JA, (35510 ) P/N A0014630JA, & (45152 ) 1309050], 2920-01-182-0821 [Engine Accessory Generator I/A/W (35510 ) P/N A0013428JC & (35510 ) P/N 3428JC], and 2920-01-266-8175 [Engine Accessory Generator I/A/W (35510 ) A0012524JB & (35510 ) P/N 2524JB.] Proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 2920. The solicitation is for a firm, fixed price, five- year contract that includes one base year with the option to extend for four additional years. FOB destination ( destinations will vary.) Other than full and open competition applies. Alternate offers must submit a complete data package for their offered part as well as for the approved part. All offers must be submitted on the RFP package. All responsible sources may submit an offer / quote which shall be considered. See Notes 12 and 26. This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at on its issue date. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration ( base plus option years ) shall not exceed 5 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
