To be more specific in regard to our request, first we would like to inform you of the procedures through which we produce garlic powder, garlic granules, and garlic flakes :
1. At first, garlic bulbs are classified and sorted on the basis of their size and then they are put on a conveyer belt in a separating system. In this way, by passing the garlic bulbs through a pair of rubber bands ( or plastic strips ), their peel will be removed and they will turn into cloves with skin. Finally, the skin will be removed from the cloves manually, which is not economical.
2. After removing the skin from the cloves, they are sliced into the form of garlic flakes ( or garlic chips ) by a slicer. Then, they are dried by a dryer and ground into garlic granules or garlic powder in a grinder. Ultimately, they are packed in glass jars.
Therefore, we need the following items :
A. A garlic separating machine ( or garlic bulb cracker ), which produces garlic cloves ( with skin ), with the production capacity of 1000 kg/hr.
B. A garlic clove skinning machine ( or garlic clove re-cracker ), which removes the skin from the cloves, with the production capacity of 1500 kg/hr.
C. A garlic clove slicer, which produces garlic flakes ( or garlic chips ) of 1 to 2 mm, from skinned cloves.
( Also please notify if you have a garlic clove slicer which slices garlic cloves with skin.)
On the whole, we need a complete production line for producing garlic powder, granules, and flakes with the production capacity of 1000 kg/hr.
