There are several tings that you must do to prepare to have your Product or Service represented by Aaaoe.com / Aaaoe Corp. at any Trade show.
Please refer to the items and Timeline listed below.
All of your printed material should be printed in American English and have your Company name, a Contact name, telephone number and e-mail address on it.
If you do not have your brochure, business card, product information sheet in American English, we can provide that service for you.
- Please provide a minimum of 5,000 of your Company and/or Personal Business cards to hand out at the trade show you are participating in. The Business cards should be standard size.
Business Catalogue - Please provide a minimum of 5,000 of your Company¡¯s Product Catalogue. This is one of your strongest of pieces information that you can give a prospective buyer.
Company Brochure/ Information Sheet - Please provide of 5,000 of your Company¡¯s business brochure or information. This brochure or information sheet will have your Business address, telephone and fax numbers. Also, a contact name, e-mail address and website URL/ address should be listed.
Please include any testimonials and companies or clients you have provided products or services for. Included your company history and other relevant information on why a person should do business with your co mpany.
Product Information Sheets - Please provide a minimum of 5,000 of your Company¡¯s Info Product Sheet for EACH Product you want represented. This sheet should include all specifications, sizes, weights and colors of the product
Buyer Lead Sheet - Please provide a minimum of 5000 Lead sheets for the trade show. These sheets will explain the requirements of doing business with your company, the terms that you require and any specific shipping, import/export information that you require
Any Other Printed Materials - Please provide any other materials in sufficient quantity, that you want displayed or handed out at the trade show. Remember most trade shows are three to four days in duration.
Logo(s) - Please provide a JPEG or PDF file - 600 d.p.i. or higher of your logo vial e-mail or on disc.
Product Sample - Please provide at least two samples of the product(s) you want displayed. The reason we require two is in case of any damage during shipment.
Product Sample Handouts - Please provide samples of your products and/or swatch samples to hand out to prospective buyers of your product. We only pass out these samples to qualified sales leads. Provide a sufficient quantity- most trade shows are three to four days.
Other Promotional Items - Please provide any promotional items that would promote your product, company or service. This can be pens, writing pads or other items with your company name on it. Provide a sufficient quantity- most trade shows are three to four days.

60~90 Days Out
Ship your all Samples and Sample Giveaways to Aaaoe Corp.
Ship your Printed Materials to Aaaoe Corp.
All Printing to be done in the U.S. is completed and on hand
30~60 Days Out
Remaining balance of Deposit is sent to Aaaoe Corp.
Aaaoe Corp. prepares all vendor signage for displays and booth
Aaaoe Corp. prepares all graphics and A/V presentations for PLATINUM vendors
Finalize all client spaces at booth
Less than 30 Days Out
Aaaoe Corp. ships to Trade show all materials
Aaaoe Corp. plans any in-booth presentations / demonstrations and review with vendor key product points
Lay out booth and vendor products
With-in 14 to 30 Days after TRADE SHOW
Aaaoe Corp. sends out all Business leads to each vendor
Aaaoe Corp. sends out digital pictures of vendors products at Trade show
Aaaoe Corp. posts pictures and videos on Aaaoe.com website
Display PLATINUM and GOLD vendor products at out Florida Showroom.
