Aaaoe Mail

Aaaoe Mail is a free web-based email service. In order to use Aaaoe Mail, you must be a registered Aaaoe user.

Information Collection and Use Practices

• If you have previously registered with Aaaoe, the first time you access Aaaoe Mail, you will be asked for the first and last name you would like to display on all outgoing mail messages. You can choose the name you would like your account to reflect.
  
  
• If you register with Aaaoe through Aaaoe Mail, this information will be collected during the registration process.
  
  
• Aaaoe's practice is not to use addressing information or the content of messages stored in your Aaaoe Mail account for marketing purposes.
  
  

• Aaaoe Mail includes IP address in outgoing mail message headers, as specified by standard Internet protocol.
  
• The Aaaoe Mail Personal Address service provides domain registration through Internet Names Worldwide. We ask you to supply the personal information of the registrant and administrative contact such as their name, address, telephone number, and email address. This information is transmitted to Internet Names Worldwide (a division of Melbourne IT Limited), or "INWW," for the purpose of registering your web address (domain name). By registering a web address, the personal information that you indicate as registrant and administrative contact will be made publicly available by INWW as required by the Internet's governing organization, ICANN.
