Biosep Technologies offers new generation biopolymers Biofloc TX-600 for treating the waste water. We have successfully applied our products in PCB and Meat Packing Industry waste water treatment. Biofloc TX-600 is a superior metal precipitant and coagulant which is a first choice for treating waste water generated by PCB, BGA, plating, other etching operation, the most effective, efficient and economical way to replace the traditional inorganic coagulants like FeCl3 or Al2( SO4 )3 or Cat-Floc for removing contaminated heavy metals and suspended solids in the waste effluents. Biofloc TX-600 has been successfully applied in Taiwan microelectronic industry waste water treatment and far more cost effective compared with traditional treatment cost, it generates substantially low sludge thereby reducing the expensive sludge disposal cost. It has proven to break down cost from at least 35% upto 65% compared to cost with traditional process.

It is usually suggested that your water filtration system typically consists of a 5 micron prefilter, a softner and a pure cell ( chitosan ) cartridge which is designed to conveniently fit under your home kitchen sink. Sometimes, depending upon your water quality you may just need a prefilter and a pure cell. Or you also may simply replace your existing water filtration system with our unique chitosan filter cartridge. We also offer private label chitosan filters.
