Features :
The rolls are made of chilled alloy cast iron with wear-resistant hard surface. The cavities of rolls are machined.
To meet the different technological requirements, the rolls can be heated by steam.
The cavities of bearing brackets are designed with cooling water cycling passage. The circulating water-cools the bushes; so overheat of bush can be avoided.
Overload protection device is provided to protect the main parts from damage due to overload.
The reverse current plugging system is provided above the rolls. In case of emergency the safety rod is pulled down and the rolls will be stopped immediately.
The rolls gap can be easily adjusted by handwheel.
The machine is designed with NGW planetary gear reducer which is of long service life, low noise, small volume and high drive efficiency.
The bed-plate of the machine is a integral part. The installation of the machine is simple.
The left drive and right drive are available. Without specifying the driveway by customer in order, the right drive machine is supplied.
