TOXORB is a media which absorbs toxic gases like Sox, Nox, Co, CH3Cl, C5H5, CO2, HC, CCl4, smoke, dust, odor, pollen, etc. Made from a special blend of activated carbon with a polychemical binder.
We offer TOXORB cassettes ( standard size :610 mm x 610 mm x 25 mm & other sizes made to order on request ) made of TOXORB media. These cassettes can be installed in Air Handling Units, clean rooms, Laminar flow units, air curtains, Clear Air modules, etc. - this would adsorb all toxic gases, bacteria, fumes, smoke and dust thereby creating a non-toxic environment, enhancing the quality of food, dairy and pharmaceutical products manufactured in such areas.
TOXORB cassettes are also installed at the suction of DG sets, turbines & compressor air intake units, and similar equipment which draw and convey the atmospheric air to be used in processes. The air passing thro TOXORB cassettes is free from corrosive gases and fumes and hence enhances the life of critical parts components of such equipment.
Using TOXORB media, we offer TOXORB cartridges ( Standard size :65 mm OD x 27 mm ID x 500 mm length, other sizes made to order on request ) to be used in filter housings to remove odour and colour from water, effluent, sewage etc.
