Service application and performance
The ZZS-D, 2ZZS-D, 3ZZS-D, ZDS-A series of slurry vibrating screen classified into single screen, double screen, ternary screen and fourfold screen respectively are new type of first level controlling equipment on solid matter content in the slurry. The slurry with a lot of drilling cuttings taken out from the mineshaft is processed by the slurry vibrating screen to separate the solid drilling cuttings in order to make the cleaner slurry entering the secondary separation equipments----hydro cyclone.
The vibrating screen is the precondition of the normal work of the hydro cyclone. If the vibrating screen is not working normally, the working load of hydro cyclone will be overloaded to exacerbate the abrasion of bush of the hydro cyclone, deteriorating the removing sand effect of the hydro cyclone, decreasing the capability of slurry, and exacerbating the abrasion of cylinder liner of slurry pump, pistons, drills, water holes and other parts. As a result the time for repairing pumps will be increased, and complex situations may occur in the well. Meantime the high sediment concentration will decrease the drilling speed.
This series of screen have the advantages of big processing capacities, good separating effect, combining the laminated screen cloth at will, long life of screen cloth, no resonance zone at starting and shutting down, and stably working for long time. Users can select one at will according to the repairing amount. The life of the used new type crochet screen cloth of 40-150 meshes is close to the international level.
Basic principles
The series of screen are designed according to the vibration theory that the screen surface moves in a linear trajectory. While the inclined linear vibrating screen surface vibrates once, drilling cuttings will be thrown upward and forward once, reducing the probability jamming the screen meshes. In this way more solid grains can be removed than that of the cylinder screen. The vibration principles and power transmission is shown in figure 1 and 2.
The motor drives the belt pulley to transmit the power to the axis of the vibrator through the universal joint. There are two gears with the same number of teeth in the box, and no matter in what direction the driving gear revolves, the two eccentric blocks always revolves reversibly and synchronistical. In this case the inertial centrifugal force is f with the formula of f1=foist in the horizontal direction. From this formula it can be seen that the generated exciting force varies according to a sine curve. So as long as the included angle between the vibration generator and screen box is proper, the screen box will reciprocate according to the angle, which is the throw angle of the vibration screen.
The series of screen with horizontal screen box adopt vibration isolation system with three lines of rigidity changeable soft springs. The screen surface designed to single slope angle or double slope angle is tightened on the support bar of big arc. In addition, low frequency large amplitude and optimized rotate speed parameters are adopted. Because of the above characteristics, the processing amount of the screen is 30%-50% bigger than that of cylinder screen.
