UNIQUE MICRO SCAN METAL DETECTOR : This model of metal detectors are been used in Food Industries to detect metal contamination in packets or products. This system is installed on a conveyor belt system with an ONLINE rejection unit. When any metal contamination is passed through the metal detector unit, the same is detected and annunciated by the system. On detection of metal contamination, a ) the product can be rejected by an automatic reject mechanism which shall be operated by pneumatically
b ) the conveyor motor can be interlocked so that the belt will stop automatically on detection. The metal detector and the conveyor mechanism are fully fabricated in Stainless Steel material with smooth dull finish which are widely accepted by all food industries.
Please not that this metal detector is a must for HACCP certification units and for passing any other quality Certification.
