We offer these product only in large volume and on a 1 year deferred payment based on rlc( not rdlc ), bg, or sblc. Payment instruments issued with maturity date of minimum 1 year and 45 days to insure buyer has full use of product for one year before payments begin in arrears. We have ongoing contracts in place with refineries and have ability to fill even the largest order on an ongoing basis. Terms and procedures are fixed and require an loi from buyers able to work under these financial instruments only in order to have fco issued, on return of signed fco proof of product issued to buyer via swift bank to bank basis only.
