Our Aim is to honour commitments.

INTEGRATED :- Unlike other Knitted Companies were
Knitting / Dyeing / Garmenting is done at different places. We have all the
facilities in house such as Knitting, Yarn / Fabric Dyeing and Garment
conversion. This enables us to coordinate with each section properly to
check the quality and Status of the products at every stage in a single
visit to our production facilities. This eliminates delays in production
& the company can very well honour commitments.

POLLUTION : The Company has installed equipment s for pollution control
for Air & Water. Thus giving pollution free environment for Visitors,
Staffs and Neighbours. Company has 10,000 Eucalyptus trees to compensate
for any unknown damage to envoirment.

LABS / R &D :- The company is equipped with R &D Laboratories with all the
latest testing equipments to maintain international standards and check
the quality of all products right from Yarn Stage to Garment conversion
and also to updates these international standards as per the
requirements of the industry as well as our buyers

MERCHANDISING SECTION : The Merchandising Section has been established
to convey a smooth and uninturrupted flow of information from your end
to our production facilities and vice versa.

SAMPLING SECTION : The Sampling Section is well equipped with the latest
quality control devices and is functioning independently.

KNITTING :- Circular Knitting Machines from 'PAILUNG'-TAIWAN ( One of the
biggest and most advanced manufacturer of knitting Machines ). The
Company has acquired Single Jersey-Four Track Machines, Rib Machines
with lycra attachment, Interlock & Eight-Lock Machines, Auto-striper
machines, Mini-Jaqcard Machines along with Collar Tape Mfg. Machines.
With these State of the art machinery the Company can produce all Four
Track Structures, Ribs, Inter-locks and other structures based on I / L
& Ribs, Jaquards & Auto-stripers.

DYEING / FABRICS-YARN :- In Dyeing Section the Company has world's
renowned Twin Jet Soft-Flow machines from SCALVOS' ( GREECE ). The
finishing range consists of HYDRO EXTRACTOR, DIRER & COMPACTOR FROM
HELIOT ( FRANCE ). The Company has Computer Color Matching Systems, which
helps in delivering best dyeing results as per PANTONE. The Company has
an In House facility for Yarn Dyeing with 'STAFI' Yarn Dyeing Machines
( made to the design of JAGRI Gmbh GERMANY ) and 'STRAYFIELD' Radio
frequency Drier, for the best end products. This gives the Company an
edge over other Manufactures & Exporters in terms of quality.

GARMENTING :-In the Garments section we have imported Sewing Machines of
PEGASUS, BROTHER, ZUKI along with CAD System for Automatic Patterning &
Grading of Garments. In finishing we have a range of 'STEFAB' Machines.
An efficient Computer aided Garment Designing Section enables us to
maintain a versatile range of styles to offer.

SHIPPMENTS : Can be done from Ludiana dry port in container or at Delhi,
Bombay by Sea or Air.
