The granulators are suitable for shredding and grinding of all kind of plastics and rubber - drums, containers, pipes, P.E.T. scrap - bottles and pre-forms, tyres, pails, jars, plastic chairs and tables, plastic pots and pot holders, rubber pieces 100% steel free, ABS, PE, PVC, LDPE, HDPE, Polystyrene, Polypropylene, thermo-plastics with glass fillers, plastic trays, plastic bins, plastic bags, plastic pallets, rubber mats, electronic waste - plates, main boards, cables, herbal products... etc.
Knives's steel : X153CrMoV12 = D2 = 1.2379. Bearings FAG / SKF. The motors can be delivered from Germany or Italy. The motor controls are from "Telemechanique"- France. In accordance with your needs, the machines can be manufactured and from materials such as : Stainless Steel 304 and other kind of Stainless steels.
All of the equipment which isn't manufactured from Stainless steel is coated with Zinc before the painting.
