Our company is a state-run enterprise administered by the vietnamese salt corporation (ministry of agriculture and rural development). The company specializes in trading salt post-salt products.
The company was estalished since 1 july 2001 by decision no 2962/qd-bnn & ptnt dated 29 tune 2001 of the ministry of agriculture and rural development.
The forerunner of the company is the Anh Duy branch for salt industry (administered by bureau of salt industry) and the Anh Duy branch for salt bags (the salt corporation). These are the two salt enterprise engaging in salt production for many years in Bac Lieu province since 1950s'-1960s', from organizing, directing and managing the salt production to the consumption of salt producers.
Salt production in Bac Lieu province is a traditional long-standing industry (over 100 years) developed along the 72km coastal line in three districts: Gia Rai, Hoa Binh and Dong Hai. This is a big center of salt production from sea water with the method of sand drying in north vietnam. The current productive scale is 2,100ha and the annual average productivity 100,000 tons.
Salt produced in Bac Lieu province is of good technique, white color, soft-salty taste and rich in micro-quantitative substances.
Anh Duy salt company trades in the following fields:
1. Collecting and buying rude salt yearly produced in Bac Lieu province and other providers with the annual productivity of 75,000 tons;
2. Providing material salt for the production of chemicals, pager, electricity, leather tanning, seasoning powder, instant noodle, sauces, pickled fruits and vegetable, salted marine products, and iote salt in different provinces. We can meet all demands of our customers;
3. Producing and processing salt products (capacity: 70,000 tons/year) including refined iote salt, high-quality refined, natural sea salt, chilly salt, pepper salt, dried salt, etc;
4. Producing post-salt products (capacity:1,500 tons per year). Includes: Bao gom: Magie-cacbonnat (mghco3); magie-clorua (mgcl2 - 6h20); magie-oxit (mgo); mouth - and teeth - cleaning solutions;
5. The company's development focuses on:
- investment in modern technologies and equipment for the production of natual sea salt to serve export and improve the quality of consumption life by domestic salt products;
- investment in staff and expanding to the potential fields in order to diversity the company's production and business activities
At present, the company is working with nearly 100 partners in 18 provinces and cities throughout the country. The company wishes to establish trading partnerships with producers, providers and distributors at home and aboard on the basic of mutual benefit and confidense.
