How the system works:
1. Place the receiver service center where it is easy to be seen by the staff.
2. Place the calling unit on the dest which the customer is easy to touch.
3. If the hall is big enough or the construction is complicated and it may affect the transmitting of the signal, relay is needed and installed at the right place.
4. The customer pushes the button on the calling unit, the signal will be transmitted to the receiver immediately and converted into letter and number and displayed on the screen. Some receiver will also broadcast the message in voice and notify the staff which customer need service.
5. After the staff see the message on the screen or hear the voice reminder, they cancel the number by the remote control and immediately provide the service the customer needs.
6. If there are any service that the stuff have not provided, the receiver will record the message with max 15 pcs and display them on rolling screen.
Remark:
1. One receiver has the capacity to receive message from 260 pcs of different calling unit.
2. The calling unit can hold menu stand.
3. Each calling unit may have up to 5 buttons which we can define its meaning as: calling,
service, water, bill, cancel or any other meaning customer wants.
4. Remote control can set, revise, review and cancel the function of the receiver and the calling message from the customers.
