When the technology is attractive and the inner need arises to construct a functional machine, something reliable like Overseeder can come into being.
The perfect operation of the Overseeder is not affected by any adverse circumstances that may occur : E. G. Hard, dry or rough soil. The seeding elements are mounted well sprung and independently under pre-pressure, so that they will not lose contact with the soil. The drag feet guarantee a constant slit depth during the seeding process. Therefore the seed always ends up at the ideal depth ( approx.1.5 cm ), the starting point for optimal germination.
The sharp blade pairs are mounted at an angle and make a narrow, shallow V-shaped slit. The seed falls down the seeding pipes between the discs into the slit. The disc injectors are kept sharp due to the continuous skimming against the slit side. This ensures a narrow, tight slit under all circumstances, independent of the condition of the soil. The ground can never be too hard or too soft, so that optimal results are always obtained.
The seed quantity depends on the driving speed, so that the working speed can be adjusted to the terrain conditions right away. The seed quantity in kg / ha will remain constant and is continuously variable. An adjustable ground valve offers the possibility of an optimal adjustment range, independent of the seed size.
The adjustment range includes the smallest seed like, for example, clover to even legumes like peas and beans. A twist-off bin for calibration of the machine as needed is of course included. Also, the machine always comes equipped with a Ha-counter, which registers the processed area. An exceptionally high seeding capacity up to 5 ha/h with seeding quantities up to 100 kg / ha is within easy reach.
This makes tractor facilities like the branching shaft or hydraulic connection unnecessary, thus limiting the number of rotating pars which results in a machine which needs little maintenance with an excellent price / quality ratio
