Our company was founded in 1974 as the product of a cooperation agreement between the single- owner company, founded in 1948 and a German company operating in the sector, as a manufacturer of brushes and components in carbonaceous material.
At the present time, following the heavy investments made in the past few years, the company can count on a first class production system with over 30 presses from 4 to 250 tons,4 furnaces with high production capacity, finishing plants for brushes and sinterized metal parts. The company has a technical office equipped with CAD 3D workstations where the parts ordered by the clients are developed. They also draw up the projects for the production equipment and organize processing cycles.
They also dispose of a laboratory for quality control, equipped with all the instruments necessary for control of the dimensions, geometry, mechanical and electromechanical properties. They are currently engaged in the study of ever more complex designs, new technologies such as sinter tempering and the continuous development of new materials for different applications, both for sinterized metal parts and carbonaceous materials. Another important goal is certification en uni ISO 9001 which they will obtain before the end of the year 2000. Technical service and the development of parts to clients' requests are two aspects that go hand in hand.
