We have over the years build up considerable experience in designing, construction and installing equipment for many types of operations. This includes value-added services like plant layout and design for new plants as well as plants and factories constructed with second hand equipment and production lines. We have supplied equipment to many different places around the world.
We are building all kinds of dairy plants from container dairies to very big dairy plants for production of almost all kinds of dairy, juice and lemonade products. Pasteurized milk, long-life milk, cream, butter, drinking yogurt, stirred and set yogurt, different culture drinks, all kinds of cheese ( gouda, mozzarella, kaskaval, feta, Philadelphia, danbo, etc ), milk-powder, sweet condensed milk, apple, orange, pineapple, mango juice, concentrates and pulp, Soya bean milk, mineral water lines, etc. We build plants from 500 liter an hour up to 30.000 liter an hour or even bigger depending on the customer.
In addition, we install stand alone dairy equipment, both new and second hand, including high pressure steam boilers, pasteurizing, CIP- and cooling units, water treatment plants, filling and packing lines, tanks, pumps, conveyor belts and more.

The complete container dairy plant is designed to be a low cost alternative to the ordinary designed dairy plants. It is a good alternative to set up in areas around the world where there is a lag of raw materials and the productions are low.
The construction is based on a 40 feet high cube insulated container, where we have installed all the necessary equipment and machinery for production of different dairy products. Depending on the customers needs and solutions it is possible to produce many types of dairy products in a container dairy plant. So as milk, yogurt, cheese,
butter, cream and other beverage related products as juice and mineral water.

The complete container dairy is designed and constructed after the customers¡¯ needs and solutions. Build and tested in Our factory in Denmark and ready for production when it arrives at the site.
