Since 1985, THE COMPANY has been producing finished formulation of semi-ethical medicines. With practically no current long-term debt and one proprietary building, the company holds fifty-six (56 ) licenses, most of them being RX, and the rest Over The Counter; twenty-four (24 ) in-process licenses, and one hundred and twenty-five (125 ) existent and operative presentations of medicines. Taking into consideration that the assumptions used when valuing the company were conservative, using the D.C.F. method produces a total value of 4.2 ( Four and 2/10 ) Mill. US dollars.
