The L16G is a 16g per hour, completely self-contained ozone generating system. Its durable and efficient design provides a long product life cycle and easy maintenance. It is an all in one ozone system that is simple to install and requires no outside plumbing. It is truly an out of the box solution.
At the heart of any Ozone Generator System are the ozone-producing electrodes. PUREZONE's Inverse flow electrode design allows for high concentration output on a continuous basis. PUREZONE's unique features include : Large diameter dielectric tubes; flanged access end caps; a air cooled outer jacket corona viewing ports with an ozone resistant inner housing constructed from 316 stainless steel. PUREZONE's completely sealed electrode concept allows for high pressure operation and no surface generated ozone off gas - a common problem.
PUREZONE's electrode design enables its generators to be operated in confined and occupied spaces, while conforming to the OSHA ozone exposure limits. The more oxygen being fed through the electrode corona gap, the higher the percentage of that stream will convert to ozone. Heat is ozone's enemy. PUREZONE has completely eliminated that problem with our built- in, Forced cooling design, allowing consistent ozone production even in the harshest of environments.
