This is a shan tea grown organically in the northernmost province of vietnam along the chinese border. Here the tea bushes are literally ancient. Its leaves and buds are dark green with tips and it produces a very complex, intense, yet well-balanced tea that can handle multiple infusions. Use spring water at a temperature well below boiling.
