Process :
-We would require a LOI from the bonafide buyer
( Using the buyer's letterhead ) stating clearly what you require and what quantity. Buyer issues the above icpo on their letter headed paper to seller for approval.
-We would then conduct due diligence on the buyer and if everything is satisfactory, we would then send out a corporate offer to the buyer.
-A conference call between our supplier and any potential buyer or even a face to face meeting can be arranged after the due diligence process has been carried out.
We are seeking Genuine Buyers or the Buyer's Mandate who are willing to work with us.
