2. Characteristics
Uniform particle grade,narrow distribution;
High spherical degree,little impurities, over 98%actibe aluminium;
Silver-grey in appearance, high purity of aluminium powder, without impurity and agglomeration, lower content, suitable for long time storage.
AL: 99.8% min
Chemistry: Fe: 0.15%max; Si: 0.10%max
Cu: 0.01%max; H2o: 0.10%max
Packing: Steel drums, each is 50kgs, 100kgs, 200kgs, 250kgs net.
Particle size: D50=1-45 microns
3. Production Technique
Atomized spherical aluminium powder is produced by nitrogen atomization.
4. Application:
High grade metal pigment ,compound material (hot-spraying compound metal powder, ceramic compound steel pipe), ammunition(gun-powder, filling-in materical in bullets), spaceflight (solid rocket promoting agent), chemical (different chemical catalysts, pesticides), metallurgical (thermoreduction smelting deoxidation in steel producing), shipmanufacturing (electric conductivity paint), refractory (carbon magnesia brisks), new building material (gas forming agent for gas concrete), antisepsis materials and firecrackers etc.
