Our processes are mainly PTH ( Copper Plated Thru Hole ) and material used ranges from CEM-1, CEM-3, FR-1 and FR-4 from the thickness of 0.38mm,0. 6mm,0. 8mm,1. 0mm,1. 2mm,1. 6mm,2. 4mm and 3. 2mm.
We offer several finishes such as, OSP, HAL ( Pb-free ), ENIG, Electrolytic Gold ( Hard Gold ) and Soft Gold ( bondable ) .
