FORMAT : Gold Bar in Jewelry format with a smooth mirror-like image.
WEIGHT : One (1 ) Kilogram.
FINENESS : Twenty-Four (24 ) Carat.
HALLMARK : Minimum 999.5/1000 ( Internationally Accepted Hallmark ) LBMA approved.
ASSAY : Refinery ( Internationally Accepted ) LBMA approved.
CERTIFICATION : Individually Certified and Recorded.
DOCUMENTATION : Each delivery shall be accompanied by full set of documents Normal to the London Bullion Marketing Association, which Includes :
1. Four (4 ) original invoices made out to the buyer
2. Certificate of Ownership
3. Certificate of Origin
4. Certificate of Assayer¡¯s report, International Accepted
5. Certificate of Insurance
6. Assayer¡¯s and Smelter¡¯s Certified Weight list describing each bar
7. Official Export Permits and License
8. Waybill Indicating SLC / BG Number
9. Internationally Accepted Hallmark Certificate.
Please note that the signatories to the contract must be duly authorized thereto by the Selling Principal and the Buying Principal to sign on their behalf either directly or by means of a power of attorney."
