Specification : The Chipmaster 400kg per hour automatic continuous flow potato crisp plant, developed by our engineers and food technologists over the last 30 years and built to the highest possible standards, have assisted the Australian potato processing industry to become major world suppliers.
Employed in conjunction with two of our Abapak Aba-300-W8 Model Form Fill & Seal Automatic Packaging Machines, ABALINK is the only company in the world who design and build the entire plant and provide all services from potato, storage through grading, washing, peeling, slicing, blanching, drying, frying, draining, cooling, flavoring and flavoring supply. Automatic packaging & film supplies, carton supply and manual loading, coding, metal detecting and manual palletizing, producing 133 x 50g packs per minute fully carbonized.
The Abalink-Autofry automatic continuous fryer is also available in the same sizes as the Chipmaster adapted to process fish portions & sticks, squid rings, tempura, meat & vegetable patties, beef burgers, meat balls, chicken whole southern fried or portions, pies, pizza, peanuts, cashews, pluto pops ( sausage on a stick with batter ), krupuk ( prawn crackers ) and Ovo Frozen French Fry Plant ( subject to separate specification ).
Special custom built models of the Chipmaster or Abalink-Autofry can be designed and built to customers requirements.
