They produce an excellent range of white wines, including Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Semillon, Colombar / Chardonnay, Cape Riesling, Colombar / Sauvignon Blanc, Rhine Riesling, Colombar, Fernao Pires and a Special Late Harvest Gewurztraminer.

Two Blanc de Noirs ( blush ) are available, one of which is a dry wine, made from Shiraz, and the other an aromatic semi-sweet wine made from Red Muscadel
( Muscat de Frontignan ). They also produces three sparkling wines under the Papillon label, as well as a sweet fortified Red Muscadel.

A light, fruity unwooded red wine, River Red, is also produced and towards the end of 1996 a wooded Cabernet / Shiraz was added to the range. During 1999 a first Merlot and Pinotage was released.
