We are a manufacturer of synthetic wood ceiling and wall covering board.
Our company is has been in the pigment and masterbatch for plastic industry for more than 30 years and well known in Taiwan. We developed a new product our company recently. Our company is a kind of synthetic wood which is made from plastic compound base from Polystyrene ( PS ), not PVC. Our company can be used for interior finish such as : ceiling and wall covering, floor covering, skirting board and mouldings ( cornice ).
Wood Substitute
Our cpmpany has the similar wood pattern, texture, and feeling as the timber without the deficiencies that timber bears. Our company will not warp due to the temperature or humidity change, and can be engineered to become flame retardant. Therefore, our company can be used at some locations that timber could not be used before, such as kitchen, bathroom. Moreover, our company is also a good heat and sound insulation material.
Safety Concern
Unlike other similar products but made from PVC compound, our cpmpany does not contain toxic chloride and the heavy metal content is far below the global regulation level. Hence, it will not be harmful to health even if human body direct contacts with it for an extensive period of time. While the poisonous and cancer-inductive dioxin will be generated when the similar PVC compound based products is burned, our cpmpany which is based on PS compound, will not have this problem. Therefore, our company is very safe to be used for interior finish.
