We select high-grade tabby glass fiber fabric and adopt our unique processing techniques of full soaking in resin and baking to manufacture. As an insulating material with high temperature resistance, it is used in some special electro-equipments and cable manufacturing. As a non-sticky material, it is widely used in the textile, food processing, petrochemical and wood processing industries as non-sticky conveyer belt etc., and also in heat-sealing of plastic packing bags as an isolating layer.
Main Features :
* Fine electrical insulation : dielectric constant is -2.60, tangent of dielectric wearing angle is below 0.0025.
* Mechanical properties : stable shape and no shortage of roll after bearing a compression load, good size stability, low friction coefficient and excellent weather resistance.
* Stable heat resistance : at a temperature of 250o, placed for a continuous period of 200 days, no reduction in strength or weight is produced. Placed for 120 hours at 350oC, there is only about 0.6% reduction in weight. Meanwhile, no chapping or loss of flexibility occurs at the extra low temperature of -180oC.
* Excellent adhesion resistance : except after being processed with special surface treatment, which completely changes the material properties, or being press adhered at high temperatures, the material is free from any adhesion. Therefore, it is very easy to remove other adhesive matters.
