Coal tar polyurethane waterproof material Coal tar polyurethane is a dual compound high performance waterproof material. Compound A is a type of pre-polymerized isocyanate resin (-NCO ) and B is a complex hardener with activated cyanide. The mixture exhibits high elongation rate after hardening at room temperature and is the best property-to-cost ratio waterproof material in the market. Three types are available :
TRF-1 for the seams of highway and airport runway.
TRF-2 for the seams of bridge in the highway.
TRF-3 for the seams of building, water tank and swimming pool.

Exposed under ultra violet radiation or above 80 C shall deteriorate its property.
TR type polyurethane waterproof material
TR type polyurethane ( PU ) waterproof material is a dual compound reactive hardened polymer. It holds good elasticity, integrity and bonding strength, the waterproof property is highly evaluated.

Specifications
High performance : with high ductility and elasticity, a broad application temperature range of C40-150 C. The waterproof property is characterized in good resistance for water, gaseous and corrosive media.
Nice integrity : A uniform and continuous film can easily seal over different shapes of objects, since the operating is in liquid state.
Easy application : The two compounds A and B are mixed in a 1 :2 ratio then brushed onto the surface. Hardening is realized at the room temperature, no flame is required, so it s safe and free of pollution.
High bonding strength : Strong adhesion can be reached on different substrates as : concrete, wood, metal, ceramic, PVC etc.
Easy maintenance : Fixing the same material onto the damaged patch, the waterproof layer can be repaired.

Processing
Substrate finishing : Smooth and flat surface free of sand, dust, grease mark and in a state of basically dry.
Stirring : A and B compounds are in 1 :2 ratio, stirring into high viscosity state and used before turning into dilute.
Brush sequence : First to fill the seam and fissure of the object, then brushing the bond coat layer, finally several layers on the top of bond coat.
Check and maintenance : Check the quality after each layer brushing, mending the porous or damaged part, then the next layer brushing. No worker stepping on the top within 6 hours of the last operation and keep from water as possible.
Notice
The mixture of A and B should not be used after 30 min of mixing.
A and B must keep from water and the A container should be sealed. Storage and shipping Not flammable and no explosive. Storage for A is limited for half a year and one year for B. A and B can be stored in metal or polymer container. Coating material for demoulding in civil engineering This type of demoulding material developed by this Co. can be used repeatedly, so it can replace the original ones as grease or other liquids, which are only for instant use.
Specifications
This material is coated as the same idea as non-sticking pan and can be repeatedly used, it s good to replace the original instant coating, and reduce the tedious and time consuming work.
The coating layer can protect the mould from erosion and extend its service life. The slippy surface finish leads to a nice demoulding and the service life of the mould structure can be prolonged. No contamination to the processing site and provide a uniform color of the cement surface without damage to its quality. Applicable at any weather and easy to process. Characteristics Dual compound material hardens at room temperature. The hard coating exhibits smooth and transparent aspects when dried. The layer is of good wear and scratch resistance and keep from corrosion by water, oil, acid and alkali. Drying up in 1-3 hours and applicable after 6 hours.
Processing
The surface of the mould should be free of rust, dirt or grease mark. Sand blasting or polishing is required if the surface was badly contaminated. When moulds made by wood or bamboo, sand and dust should be removed before coating. The mixture of A and B is 1 :2 in volume fraction. The coating material can be brushed or sprayed directly on the surface. Hardening at room temperature, then put the layer face to face in storage when it's dried.
Application
Coated on the moulds made of steel, wood, bamboo or glued broad used for cement pouring.
Quantity
8-10 m2 per kilogram, according to the roughness of the substrate surface.
Storage
Sealed and kept from light, and should be used within half a year.
