each unit is mounted on a suitable high-speed chassis (so it becomes a trailer ) which is towable by any truck.
each unit is 12 meters long ( approx. 14.2 meters with the drawbar ) and 3.5 meters wide with approx. 2.3 meters clear ceiling height.

heavy duty double insulation ( glass wool mats and styropor elements ) for hot climate.

roof decking of galvanized profile sheet metal with rain gutters and drains, supported by steel beams welded to wall frame to form a single unit, with heavy-duty insulation.

One heavy duty diesel power generator per mobile field hospital, approx. 70 kva, 380/220 v, 50 cycles one back-up generator, 5 kva ( for the event of power failure ), noise insulated external connections for fuel supply, integrated fuel tanks for a 24 hours full operational autonomy, connections to external power supply electrical lighting in all rooms.
stairs :
3 stairs per mobile field hospital, with safety steps, of galvanized steel sheet, with hand rail on both sides, with step-out platform for safety, with sun-protection. 7 connecting passages fully closed ( go underneath the container during transportation, foldable ).
water tanks :
aluminum fresh water tank and steel wastewater tank, each approx. 1000 liters per unit (so 6000 liters per mobile field hospital ), with pump, valve and sand filter.
chassis :
special rigid construction, 24 inch wheels, twin axle, air-pressure brakes on all wheels with rigid drawbar all chassis are equipped with one spare wheel all chassis are equipped with 4 screw jacks ( plus wooden plates ) to stabilize the unit during use the before mentioned diesel power generator with the back-up generator are installed in a separate small trailer and can be towed by a unit.
sun protection :
in addition to the special insulation there is a sun protection on all stairs and windows for better comfort. The passages connecting the units are completely closed, also sun protection is provided for all tyres.
