Portable shelters converted from used container vans with the following features : glass jalousie or steel casement windows; corten steel door with lockset and hinges; fluorescent lighting fixtures; convenience outlets and complete electrical with switches and circuit breakers; provision for aircon unit with support bracket and independent electrical convenience outlet, electric exhaust fan(3-D brand ), detachable steel canopies( bolt-on ) on door, windows and ACU; 1/4" plywood sidings and ceiling on 1 1/2" wood studs and 5 mm. tinfoil backed polyethylene insulation.; Door, window and ACU jambs are #40 tubular steel ; 12"x12" vinyl floor tiles finishing, and QDE( Quick drying enamel paint ) finish on interior and exterior panels. Duration : 35 days/15 units of 20-footers, 45 days/15 units of 40-footers after confirmation and receipt of LC. Minimum order of 5 units / shipment.
