1. Fa502 ring spinning frame
Fa502 ring spinning frame series is fit for spinning pure cotton fibers, blended polyester cotton fibers and chemical fibers under 51mm, 65mm and 80mm. The bearings of the frames are all rolling ones, the drafting and driving structure is made up of steel bevel wheels. Therefore, the frame involves less maintenance labor, runs steadily, and gives good spinning performance.
Its jacking system employs stretch torsion lever, which lightens the frame weight and creates a compact chamber. The electric control bottons are set together at the right side of the frame head. Automaticity :
Stop at an appropriate position whenever the frame is stopped while spinning.
If early doffing is needed, the ring bar can be lowered to an appropriate position automatically.
When the bobbins are full, the ring bar falls automatically and the frame will stops at an appropriate position.
Before startup, the ring bar will reposits automatically.
Before doffing, the doffing power supply will be switched on automatically.
After startup, the conversion operations from low speed to high speed is done automatically.
When spinning the direct weft, the bottom bunchings are wound automatically.
Main features :
The drafting gears, twisting gears, and winding gears are of the same standard and they can replace each other. When a pair of drafting gears is changed, the drafting ratio are changed accordingly. The cam is driven by a worm wheel with a reduction box, which is lubricated in oil-bath and gives stable lifting and descending performance.
The rotation of the spindles are driven by the stretching pulleys with rolling bearings to adapt to the high speed rotation. Single jockey pulley and double jockey pulley are chosen by the clients.
To adapt to the high-speed rotation, the high-speed multilayer oil film damping spindles and the wedgeproof rings are employed. The thread board and the ring bar are controled by a windlass and wind down system, which moves steadily and creates the wanted yarn bobbin shape to accommodate to the high-speed coning.
2. Fa506 ring spinning frame
The Fa506 ring spinning frame has high automaticity and produces high-quality yarn. Moreover, it is designed for easy operation and management. The frame is fit for spining pure cotton fibers, pure chemical fibers and blended fibers into yarns for weaving and knitting purposes.

The gears has uniform modulus, aperture and width. The adjusting gears for drafting, twisting and winding can replace each other.
The position of the rotor of lifter cam is adjustable, to adapt to the travel change of the ring bar.
Difference of potential system is employed to enable the thread bar to rise and descend in changeable travel.
Dual torsion lever for balance, of simple and reliable structure.
The cams can be set in either right or worng posture, when the high-speed bobbin winders are pushed back, there is no coil slippage.
The frame stander is stabe and has little vibration in high-speed running.
Three auto-pick-motion system.
