Yildiz Kazan begun its acticity to manufacture Central Heating Generator and Non Pressure Tanks as a Limited company and became an incorporation in 1978.
Yildiz Kazan that cares in research and development activities since its establishment installs turn-key boiler rooms and manufactures any kind of pressurized and non-pressurized tank necessary for boiler rooms by using modern technology.
established on 52000 m2 open air maufacturing field and ithas 4500 m2 covered area and 1000 m2 administrative building.
Our Products :
1-STEAM BOILERS :
These are, highly efficient, scotch type, fully cylindrical boilers with flame smoke pipes. Industrial steam necessity is highly provided with scotch type boilers. Operating pressure is produced up to 20 bars ( max ) and heating surface is up to 400 m2 ( max ).
Steam boiler is the main element of the system generating steam in requested pressure, capacity and quality. Auxiliary elements are condenser tank, separation vessel, chimney, steam colector and burning unit. Scotch type steam boilers are resistant to high volume as water and sudden steam draugths.
scotch type steam boiler outputs a sudden steam of 5% of overall water without being effected.
Construction :
-Pressure resistant flat cambered tube-plate and body.
-Wide fire tube for good emission and high quality burning .
-Optimum measurement of gas pasages.
-High steam volume for high quality steam.
-Furnace ( water cooling ).
Material :
-Boiler body, tube-plate, fire-tube and furnace sheets have a thicjness of HI, HII, 17Mn4 in comliance with DIN 17175.
-Boiler pipe is seamless of St.35.8 quality, Steel drawing in compliance with DIN 17175.
Fire Tube :
-It is produced as full length Morrison and fox type.
Manufacturing Norms :
-Manufactured in compliance with German TRD and TS 377 norms.
Fuel :
-Manufactred as Fuel oil, LPG, Natural Gas, Coal Fuelld.
Steam boiler is designed and manufactured in accordance with combined fuel usage.
