The working shaft rotates at a specified revolution by the driving of motor through gear reducer and V-belt, Brake and pulse counter are provided in the fear reducer for braking the working shaft and counting the revolution.
The expansible drum consists of a base drum and a number of expanding bushes and aprons, which are driven by pneumatic pistons. The two holding bead slots guarantee the accurate positioning of bead. The two working sides of drum are designed with automatic edgestrip fitting units, which keep the tire body plain.
The top stitcher and under stitcher press the tire shell tightly and drain off air.
The adjuster is used for the automatic positioning of bead.
Bead clamp delivers the bead to the drum. Then the bead can be automatically positioned on the drum.
The unit can be installed without foundation. It is compact is design, easy in erection and convenient in operation.
